Fortune 500 companies seek reliable partners for culture-defining initiatives. DiversityInc, a leader in workplace DEI benchmarking, was transitioning from an advisor to a community of practice and needed to reaffirm its commitment as a holistic workplace fairness partner. To continue shaping global culture, a brand overhaul was essential.
As design director, I led a cross-functional team to quickly understand DiversityInc's needs, define the project scope, and create an extensive design system. Collaborating with the brand committee, we explored how to expand their global impact, enhance communications, and empower content creators.
We crafted more than a brand—we built a new world. Our goal was to create the fairest workplaces for their clients. From "non-uniformity to cohesion," we developed a vibrant visual identity. From "blending in to gutsy," we designed a tone of voice matrix to ensure every Fair360 interaction was effortless, energetic, and compelling.
