Overview
DiversityInc, a leader in workplace fairness benchmarking, was evolving from an advisor into a community of practice, and needed to reaffirm its role as a holistic workplace fairness partner. To keep shaping global culture, a full brand overhaul was essential. As Design Director, I led a cross-functional team to define the scope and build an extensive design system, working directly with the CEO and a brand committee of editors, talent leads, finance heads, and content strategists. We did more than craft a brand. We built a new world for it: a vibrant visual identity that moved the company from "non-uniformity to cohesion," and a tone-of-voice matrix that made every Fair360 interaction effortless, energetic, and compelling.
